ใช่ เมื่อพิจารณาจากหน้าปกของภาพยนตร์ฟิลิปปินส์ปี 2023 นี้ ฉันยอมรับว่าฉันคาดหวังว่ามันจะเป็นแค่หนังโป๊ซอฟต์คอร์ฟิลิปปินส์ที่ไร้จุดหมายอีกเรื่องหนึ่ง แต่ฉันก็ยังเลือกที่จะให้ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ได้รับประโยชน์จากข้อสงสัยและดูมัน เนื่องจากมันถูกระบุว่าเป็นละครที่นี่ใน IMDb
การทดสอบนั้นผ่านไปได้ไม่ถึง 6 นาที มันก็ชัดเจนมากว่ามันเป็นเพียงหนังโป๊ซอฟต์คอร์ที่ไร้จุดหมายอีกเรื่องหนึ่งจากภาพยนตร์ฟิลิปปินส์ เรื่องราวดำเนินไปไม่ถึงหกนาทีและคุณก็มีฉากเปลือยและฉากเซ็กซ์ฉากแรก ใช่แล้ว นั่นถือเป็นการสร้างมาตรฐานให้กับหนังเรื่องนี้เลยทีเดียว
แน่นอน ฉันเดาว่าคงมีคนดูหนังโป๊ไร้สาระอย่างหนังโป๊ซอฟต์คอร์ที่ดูเหมือนจะท่วมท้นไปทั่วทั้งโรงหนังฟิลิปปินส์ แต่สำหรับผู้ชมในช่วงวัยรุ่นและต้องการให้ความบันเทิงเป็นมากกว่าภาพเปลือยเต็มหน้าและฉากเซ็กซ์เลียนแบบ “Us x Her (2022)” ไม่ได้ให้ความบันเทิงที่เหมาะสม
ฉันไม่สามารถอ้างได้ว่านักเขียนไนเจล ซานโตสสามารถรวบรวมทุกสิ่งที่ใกล้เคียงกับเนื้อเรื่องที่เหมาะสมได้ เพราะนี่คือกองขยะของหนัง และผู้กำกับเอียร์ อารอนดาอิงดูเหมือนจะทำสิ่งนี้เพียงเพื่อเติมเต็มจินตนาการของพี่น้องน้องสาวเท่านั้น
ไม่ต้องบอกว่าฉันไม่คุ้นเคยกับทีมนักแสดงในภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ และฉันก็ไม่สามารถอ้างได้ว่ารู้สึกประทับใจกับสิ่งที่ฉันเห็น ส่วนการแสดงใน “Us x Her (2022)” จริงๆ แล้วขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถในการแสดง อาจจะเป็นเรื่องที่ถกเถียงกัน
อย่างน้อยที่สุดสำหรับนักแสดงหญิงส่วนใหญ่ ดูเหมือนว่าความเต็มใจที่จะเปลือยเปล่าต่อหน้ากล้องดูเหมือนจะเป็นเกณฑ์ในการมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างหนังโป๊แนวซอฟต์คอร์นี้ และฉันเดาว่าหนังแบบนี้เป็นสิ่งที่นักแสดงอยากจะลืมไปตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา
อย่าเสียเวลา เงิน หรือความพยายามไปกับ “Us x Her (2022)” เว้นแต่ว่าหนังโป๊แนวซอฟต์คอร์ของชาวฟิลิปปินส์จะใช่สำหรับคุณ ยังไงซะ คุณก็จะได้รับความบันเทิงจากที่นี่

A young couple’s shaky marriage becomes more chaotic when an other woman comes into the picture. But what happens when the two women fall in love with each other?
Right, well given this 2023 Filipino movie’s cover, I must admit that I was expecting it to be just another pointless Filipino softcore porno movie. Yet, I still opted to give the movie the benefit of the doubt and watch it, since it was listed as a drama here on IMDb.
Not even 6 minutes into the ordeal it became very clear that it was indeed just another pointless softcore porno from the Filipino cinema. Not even six minutes into the story and you have the first nude and sex scene. And yeah, that pretty much set the standard for the movie.
Sure, I guess that there is an audience out there for ridiculous movies such as these softcore porno movies that seem to be flooding the Filipino cinema. But for an audience well past the adolescent years and wanting entertainment to be more than just full frontal nudity and imitated sex scenes, then “Us x Her (2022)” does not provide proper entertainment.
I can’t claim that writer Nigel Santos managed to put together anything even remotely close to a proper storyline, because this was a dumpsterfire of a movie. And director Iar Arondaing seemed to be doing this just to fulfill some fantasy of sibling sisters, I suppose.
Needless to say that I wasn’t familiar with the cast ensemble in the movie, nor can I claim that I was impressed with what I saw. As for the performances in “Us x Her (2022)” actually being dependent on acting talent might be up for debate.
At least, for the majority of the female cast, it seemed that willingness to be fully naked in front of a camera seemed to be a criteria to participate in the making of this softcore porno. And I guess that a movie such as this is something that the actors and actresses want to forget all about doing years down the lane.
Don’t waste your time, money or effort on “Us x Her (2022)”, well, unless Filipino softcore porno is your thing, then by all means you’re in for a treat here.
I had never heard about this 2023 Filipino movie titled “Bela Luna” prior to sitting down and watching it. However, I wasn’t really harboring much of any grand expectations to the movie, as the last couple of Filipino movies I have watched were a bit too lewd and had too much pointless nudity in it.
Yet, I opted to give director Mac Alejandre’s 2023 movie a fair chance.
And it was just another pointless, stupid and worthless movie that was revolving around a sort of lewd and sexual theme. These movies doesn’t really paint the Filipino cinema in a particularly good light.
I managed to sit through half of the movie, then I just gave up out of sheer and utter boredom. There was nothing entertaining about watching the script that writer Ricky Lee had written to be brought to life on the screen. Sure, maybe if you are just out of your teenage years and starting to have an interest in all things sexual. But I sat down to watch a proper movie, not some pseudo-sleazy softcore pornography.
Needless to say that I wasn’t familiar with the cast ensemble in the movie. Nor were I particularly impressed with what I was witnessing on the screen, as I think people were cast for “Bela Luna” on their willingness to take off clothes in front of the camera and not because of their acting talents.
And I can in all honesty say that I am not returning to attempt finish watching the rest of “Bela Luna”, because it was just simply a waste of time.
