It is the 16th nature documentary to be released under the Disneynature banner. Premiering exclusively on Disney+ on Earth Day, April 22, 2022.
Plot: Mother polar bear and cubs of her swimming across the once-icy waters of the Arctic Tundra as the film tells us the story of how she and her family survived their youth. She loves playing with her twin brothers while their mother watches and protects them. As she goes seal hunting and keeps an eye out for a male polar bear that threatens the cubs. They even came across a dead whale. And they were ready. There were many other bears who came to feed him. Unfortunately, one day Polar bear’s brother dies And only her and her mother were left.
She succeeds in hunting down a baby walrus that was abandoned by its panicked mother.
The mother bear knew it was time to take care of herself again and left. The polar bear then went many years without seeing another ice bear. Until she met another male her own age. And they spent the day playing together. As he said goodbye She suddenly realized that she was being followed by a much larger man.
When he thought he was going to kill her So she stood firm.
But soon he realized that she was being courted. When the large male and female separate A polar bear soon becomes the mother of a single cub. Today, a mother and daughter spend their days surviving in the lost Arctic. The girl knew that her daughter must have what it takes to be a good ice bear. along with the troubling question of what kind of world she would call home. The film ends on a note: “The Arctic will be ice-free by the summer of 2040. The actions we take today can positively change the future of polar bears.”
Creation In January 2022, Disney announced that Catherine Keener will serve as the commentator on Disney’s upcoming documentary about polar bears, Alastair Fawgyill and Jeff Wilson.
