Currently in Johannesburg, South Africa, DPCI (Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation) agent Jody Snyman is conducting a spate of human trafficking raids with little to no results. The operation was running out of resources and on the verge of being shut down when they suddenly discovered a murdered white man with his initials etched onto his body. Upon further investigation, it was found that The body is that of Minister Upa, who is also on the National Sex Offenders Register.

Jody finds a tape hidden in Upa’s garage. and concluded that he was a pedophile who had harmed his own niece. The initials on his corpse, T.S.C, were linked to Tarrinlee Shaw Carter, one of six missing girls kidnapped by Gert de Jager. Upa is hinted to be the same minister to whom Gert de Jager testified. The case became more complicated as more bodies with similar initials began to emerge. The methods of killing in each method are similar. From Gert’s tapes, Jody finds out about a farm in Brakpan.
