หนังดำเนินเรื่องผ่านเรื่องราวของครอบครัวคนหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นคนจีน ตามทำเนียมของคนจีนเมื่อมีคนตายจะต้องนัดรวมญาติกันเพื่อแสดงความเคารพหรือการไว้อาลัย แต่ครอบครัวนี้เมื่อกลับมารวมกันมีแต่ความวุ่นวายและความแตกแยกกันแต่ละคนจะมีปัญหาไม่เหมือนกัน เช่น ลูกคนเล็กไม่ถูกกับคนโต
บางคนมีปัญหาเรื่องเงินทำให้โยงไปถึงเรื่องมรดก ซึ่งตามกฎของอาม่าการที่จะเปิดพินัยกรรมนั้นจะต้องทำตามสิ่งที่อาม่าบอกไว้ทั้งหมด 3 อย่างทุกคนก็พยายามทำแต่ด้วยการที่ทำแบบไม่ได้สนใจ ให้เกิดเรื่องราวที่บานปลายเป็นเรื่องใหญ่โตจนศพของอาม่าหายไป ทำให้เปิดพินัยกรรมไม่ได้และสิ่งเหล่านี้เองที่ทำให้ทุกคนต้องร่วมมือร่วมใจกันตามหาและเอาศพอาม่าคืนมาให้ได้ผ่านเรื่องราวความฮาต่างๆในเรื่อง

แม้ตัวอย่างหนังจะออกมาเป็นแนวผีน่ากลัวต่างๆ แต่หนังตลกมันก็คือหนังตลกซึ่งมีเพียงกลิ่นไอของผีเล็กๆน้อยๆแต่พยายามสอดแทรกมุขตลกๆต่างๆเข้ามาซึ่งในตอนแรกก็ทำได้ดีแต่พอหนังดำเนินเรื่องไปถึงครึ่งทางเริ่มออกนอกลู่นอกทางจนอาจจะทำให้หลุดคอนเซ็ปหนังออกไป
แต่ที่หลุดคอนเซ็ปหน้าหนังที่ขายความเป็นผีก็คือการนำฉากที่ไม่ค่อยจะเกี่ยวกับตัวอาม่าเข้ามาพยายามใส่มุขตลกจึงทำให้อาจจะดูแป๊กๆและฝืดไปบ้าง แต่ไฮไลท์ที่ตลกๆและเข้ากับจังหวะหนังจริงๆนั้นน่าจะเป็น โจอี้ กาน่า ที่ออกมากี่ทีก็เรียกเสียงหัวเราะได้และตบปิดท้ายด้วยการบอก “ว่าคุณควรจะรักคนในครอบครัวคุณกันให้มากๆ” (หนังน่าจะเข้าฉายช่วงวันแม่มากกว่าจะได้เข้ากับบรรยากาศครอบครัว)

At first it works well, but when the movie gets to the halfway point it starts to go off track to the point where It will take away the concept of the movie.
But what breaks the concept of the movie that sells the ghost story is that it uses scenes that are not related to Grandma to try to add some humor, which may make it seem a bit dull and stiff. But the highlight that is really funny and fits the rhythm of the movie is probably Joey Gana, who no matter how many times he comes out, he can cause laughter and ends with saying “That you should love the people in your family very much.” (The movie should have been released around Mother’s Day to match the family atmosphere.)
